Lots of positive reviews for this one. Buyers liked that it feels safe and strong and that it was very easy to assemble. What We Say:

We liked this one as a basic model. It’s not particularly long-lasting but we expect it will last as long as your kid’s attention span. There seemed to be a lot of problems experienced with the mesh netting tearing very easily around the zipper connection. Although this doesn’t affect the functionality of the product, it does make it look untidy and takes away from the safety feature of the gap free netting. However, this problem seems to be in the minority of reviews and it’s still mainly 4 and 5 Star reviews.

 

What We Say:

A good product that feels as strong and sturdy as you would expect from Skywalker. However, for the imposing nature of it in your house, it does feel rather constricted when you’re on the inside. The issues with the netting were disappointing but it does tend to be a recurring problem with all mesh netting, regardless of brand, as there is so much tension on the netting around the zipper area.

This model is another springless design from Skywalker, meaning safe fingers and no injuries. While some say that the stretch bands aren’t as bouncy as the more traditional springs, personally I think it’s worth the compromise at this young age to safe on tears and band aids.

A sturdy 360-degree stability bar around the entire circumference of the enclosure area allows for extra stability to boost confidence and reduces risks of falls. And on a final note, it’s also great for throwing a blanket over and turning it into a fortress!

 

The Good Bits:

• Stable structure reduces tipping and wobbling.
• Fun Lily Pad design…great for littlies, not so great for lounge room furniture coordination!
• Very child-friendly and safe with gap-free enclosure and thick foam padding.

Lots of positive reviews on this one, describing happy kids, hours of fun and a good, safe, sturdy structure. However, again there were several reviews stating that the mesh seemed to rip quite easily around the zip area as this is an area of high tension on the meshing. Also a few reviewers stated that the foam padding could have been of better quality. Apart from that a nice study structure and plenty of fun to be had by all accounts!

 

What We Say:

It’s got plenty of bounce and plenty of room which we like. The softer materials, ie meshing and foam padding, could be a little bit longer lasting. However, the structure is good, the jump mat holds up well and the kids will literally not be bothering you for at least three cups of coffee, two loads of laundry, a quick hoover and one more coffee break! Awesome!

Safe fun, healthy exercise and not a game console in sight…I’m down with that!

On the positive side, the structure and frame are sturdy, it’s got plenty of bounce and kids love it.

• Quite a low weight limit of 60 pounds on this one. That is quite limiting and will probably indicate the need for a further trampoline purchase a couple of years down the road.
• A bit on the small side and, together with the low weight limit, would recommend only one child at a time goes on it.
• The zipper seems a bit weak and can come off track quite easily.

Hmmm, conflicting reviews on this one. The majority of views are great, describing this trampoline as sturdy, strong and long lasting. The only bad points here being that the zipper doesn’t seem to hold up too well to rough and tumble (as you would expect on a trampoline) and the instructions for assembly weren’t great and caused a bit of confusion.

In the less positive reviews (about 10% of reviews) there does seem to be a recurring problem with one of the enclosure poles breaking off and leaving sharp jagged edges after only a few months use. This does seem in direct contrast with the rest of the reviews and perhaps was a bad batch or a product defect.

Mainly reviews are great, stating the product lasts well and the kids love it.

Well it does seem to have a longer lifespan than other models we have reviewed. This even seems to extend to the mesh netting which seems to be a bit tougher than most other models. And as an indoor/outdoor combo trampoline it seems to weather well in the outdoors. However, the longevity of the trampoline is compromised a bit due to it’s low weight allowance and generally smaller size as this means that, even if it’s still in top condition, your kids will need to upsize after a couple of years anyway. Great model, definitely the best trampoline when it comes to indoor/ outdoor combo options, but if you’ve a herd of kids to entertain and you’re hoping to get many years out of it you might want to buy something a little bit bigger.
